Liz Vassey started her career acting when she was just nine years old. She has appeared in over fifty plays and musicals. After the age of 16, Liz moved from the south of England to New York to become part of All My Children. Since then, Liz has appeared as a regular part on twelve different television shows including ER Maximum Bob Necessary Roughness, Brotherly Love The Tick Nevada Two and a Half Men the live-action version of FOX's adaptation of The Tick and most recently Season Two of the reboot of The Tick on Amazon. The most well-known role she has played is that of Wendy Simms, a DNA technician in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played the character for a period of five years. Liz is also known for her roles in films as well as pilots. She has guest-starred in a variety of television shows. Liz is a skilled writer as well as having a successful career as an actress. She wrote for one episode of CSI during her last season. Since then she's been able to sell six TV pilots, as well as television movies that are currently in development at NBC Freeform Universal Netflix The CW and various studios. Liz who is a long-distance marathon runner made her directorial debut in The Human Race. The documentary focuses on older runners. Swallow was a character in both bad and good guys on film and television. She played the police detective in Ringer, a detective's wife on Southland and a bounty hunter on CBS the The Odds pilot The Odds and a bank robber in Medium. Swallow also appeared as a mermaid in Flight of the Conchords, as well as in the film The Rift by Shana S. Sosin.
