The parents of her met while her father was working at work in Alaska as an elite hockey player attempting to get people interested in the game. When her father retires, Ariel takes on the running of the family aviation business. Ariel was able to address the issue by founding Popping Bubbles. She visits school and youth groups to talk to young people about ways to live the lives they want and follow their goals, not fall into depression.
